By accessing or using BuddySend, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

BuddySend lets you upload files and share them using a 6-digit code or short link. Files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after expiry or download.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use BuddySend to:

• Share content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Share content depicting child sexual abuse or other illegal material.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or storage quotas.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using BuddySend you grant us the limited permission to store and serve your files solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over your content and do not use it for anything beyond delivering the transfer.

We do our best to keep BuddySend available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that files will always survive their intended expiry window.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds for partial periods are at our discretion. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Failed payments may result in your plan reverting to the free tier.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BuddySend and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or to comply with legal requirements. On termination we may delete your account data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
